Your username must be between 3 and 50 characters. Use letters, numbers, dots, underscores or hyphens. Spaces are not accepted. Choose a username that is not already registered.
Your username appears on your profile and in conversations, so choose a name you are comfortable sharing.
Use a password with at least 8 characters and enter the same password in both password fields. For better security, choose a long, unique password that you do not use on other websites. Keep it private.

The registration form links to Wakeeza's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Escrow & Payment Terms. Read these and tick the agreement checkbox before selecting Register.
After registering, look for Wakeeza's welcome email in the inbox of the address you used. Select Verify My Email in that email. After verification, you can return to the login page.
Check your spam, junk and promotions folders and search for Wakeeza. Allow a little time for delivery. If you still cannot find the email, or you entered the wrong address, use our Contact page for help. Include your username and explain the problem; never send your password.

Yes. The login field accepts either your username or the email address registered on your account. Use the same account password in either case.
Check your username or email address for typing mistakes, make sure Caps Lock is off, and enter your password carefully. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you still cannot sign in, use Forgot Password to request a reset link.
Select Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your username or registered email address, tick the required checkbox, and select Find Account.
If an account matches, a reset link is sent to its registered email address. Open the link and follow the instructions to set a new password, then return to Login.
A password reset link is valid for one hour. Requesting a new link replaces the previous link, so use the most recent email. If your link has expired or no longer works, request another through Forgot Password.
Your session can expire after five minutes of inactivity. Sign in again to continue. This helps protect your account when you leave your device unattended.
No. Email verification confirms your email address. Profile verification and skill credential verification are separate processes. Verifying your email does not automatically give you a verified profile or verified skills.
